Ashley Keary
Coach
Ashley Keary joined RPF while completing her BSc in Psychology with a minor in Health Studies and a certificate of Animal Behavior. She was a working student at Millar Brooke Farm for three years and is currently focused on coaching and training horses at RPF. She has been a competitive equestrian since the age of 4 years old; most notably she competed at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair five times with multiple placings and qualified for FEI Children's Finals in Hong Kong placing Team Bronze. Ashley has experience working alongside many top professionals in multiple equestrian fields. She enjoys watching her students and horses learn, overcome challenges, and reach new heights of success.

Kaitlyn Anderson
Kaitlyn has been a member of our farm since buying Quiet Company (Wagner) from us over 10 years ago. Kaitlyn and her mom Karen both ride Wagner and Kaitlyn successfully competed throughout the maritimes and Quebec in the Adult Amateur Hunters. Kaitlyn represented the Maritimes at our national finals at the Royal Winter Fair! Kaitlyn brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience training and preparing for the show ring!

Noah Murdock
Noah has been working with us taking care of the property and landscaping over the past couple years and this winter took on the role as a full time stablehand while Ella has been away on courses. Noah has a natural way with all animals and has always been a dog lover and owner so it didn't take him much time to understand horse language!

Shea Richardson
Shea is a high school student who has been riding with us since she was very little. Shea
works on weekends with us and is both an accomplished and valued member of our staff but also a great pony trainer. She has been familiar with our operation for many years and has a lot of great experience and knowledge for her young years!

Lauren Leighton
Lauren first started riding with us when she was only 8 years old! She has grown up withhorses and has owned and competed several jumpers - her current heart horse is Kitsune (Kit) who she competes to the 1.10 level on the maritime circuit. Lauren teaches both children and adults and brings her knowledge & positive personality to every lesson.

Denise Blanchard & Ainsley Oakley
This mom and daughter team have supported the farm for many years! Ainsley rides in our
school and leases and competes one of our horses, Johanna. She and her mom have been
volunteering on weekends for several years now. Ainsley also works the afternoon shift several days a week doing afternoon turn in and feed!

Ella Casey
Ella is one of our weekday stablehands at Restless Pines. Ella grew up with us here riding in
our school program and then working on weekends. After graduating Ella came back to work full time for us. Ella is also pursuing a career as a farrier but she continues to share her time and experience with us here at RPF.

Laura Mackie
Laura has been a weekend stablehand with us at RPF for several years now. She has been arider her entire life and has previous experience as a farrier working out west. Laura part leases Phoebe one of our school masters and rides and competes at our restless Pines shows! Laura has a keen eye for detail and cares deeply for all the animals in her care. She is a knowledgeable friendly member of our weekend caregivers!

Heidi MacInnes
Equine Canada Competition Coach
Owner, Restless Pines
Heidi MacInnes, owner-operator of Restless Pines Farm, is Canada’s first Hunter/Jumper Competition Coach Specialist certified by Equestrian Canada. She has competed at the International level and has coached her students to the top of Canada’s National horse show circuit. Heidi has been coaching and training horses for over 40 years. With extensive show experience in both hunters & jumpers she offers a broad range of knowledge for her students and customizes lessons to suit each horse and rider.
Heidi competed in both the US and Canada to the Open jumper 1.50m divisions. She has trained riders for the past 18 years to qualify and compete at the National finals at the Royal Winter Fair every year since RP’s inception. Each student competing to earn many wins, championships and accolades at this level.
Heidi also has a passion for breeding warmbloods and developing youngsters as well as raising and training quality-bred athletic horses.
